1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 56bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 56bet website located at 56bet.today, including all associated pages, features, games, betting markets, and services offered through the platform.

By creating an account on 56bet, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. 6. User Obligations

• Accurate Information: You will provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times. You will update your account information promptly if any details change.

• No Automated Systems: You will not use bots, scripts, automated software, data-scraping tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to access, interact with, or manipulate the 56bet platform.
• No Collusion or Fraud: You will not engage in or attempt to engage in collusion with other players, match-fixing, manipulation of game outcomes, or any other fraudulent activity on the platform.
• Responsible Gaming: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and commit to using the responsible gaming tools available on the platform — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — if you believe your gambling behaviour may be becoming problematic.
• No Chargebacks: You will not attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back any deposit transaction with your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with 56bet support. Fraudulent chargeback attempts will result in account suspension and recovery action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, audio, video, and other materials on the 56bet platform are the property of 56bet or its respective content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 56bet platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 56bet.

All rights in those game titles remain with their respective owners. 56bet does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

The "56bet" name, the 56bet logo, and all associated branding elements are proprietary identifiers of the 56bet platform. Unauthorised use of these identifiers — including in social media profiles, phishing websites, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and will be pursued vigorously.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 56bet and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 56bet does not accept liability for: losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or network interruptions beyond the platform's reasonable control; losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms; the conduct of third-party payment providers; delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party financial institutions; or any loss of betting opportunity resulting from technical issues on the player's own device or network.

56bet's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 56bet makes every effort to ensure continuous uptime and a high-quality player experience, no warranty — express or implied — is made regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

56bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to do so.

Grounds for account suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement; abusive conduct towards support staff; duplicate account creation; self-exclusion requests; or a court order or regulatory direction requiring account restriction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals of any balance may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms by the player, any bonus funds and associated bonus winnings will be voided. Deposits and legitimately won funds (excluding bonus-derived amounts subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method where no legal impediment exists.

• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 56bet will notify the registered email address before any dormancy-related balance adjustment is made.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international online gaming law and the applicable legal framework in the jurisdiction in which 56bet operates.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 56bet, the player is encouraged to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. The 56bet support team will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly, typically within 5 business days of receiving a complete written description of the complaint along with any relevant supporting documentation.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, the matter may be escalated to 56bet's internal dispute resolution process. Players will be notified of the outcome of any escalated dispute within 14 business days of the escalation date, subject to the complexity of the matter.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 56bet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
